Our case was accepted on Feb 3rd

It was sent to Nebraska

We are still waiting after 194 days

We are getting so frustrated

What is going on?

Thanks :)

Hang in there...NSC is still going through older petitions and they are still adjusicating February. They are (from what I have been reading) transferring some petitions again to alieviate their backlog, so hopefully yours will come soon. My PD was 04 Feb and I just got approved yesterday. Lots of newer ones were approved before mine, which tells me that they are now doing some older ones (ours?). I hope yours will be approved in a few days. Good luck :)
