Passport type photos for IV package

I am curious how others have presented the passport photo's in the IV package. I do not want to just put them in there for fear of them getting lost. I was going to paperclip to a blank sheet of paper. Any other suggestions?

I put the photos in a snack sized Ziploc bag. I stapled the bag to a blank sheet of paper (just one side of the bag so it could still be opened) and wrote beneficiary name, DOB, case number and item description on the paper.

I did the same as BOS_LHR, except I wrote the information on the back of each photo

I wrote the name of the person on the back, and then I attached it to the Bio form with a staple (the photos were in a sealed envelope). In the front of the package, I included a letter with the purpose of everything in the package, where it was located in the folder, and what it should be used for. I also included the number of the Cashiers check, and spelled out what each one should be used for.
