8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Did you have a K-1 visa or another type of visa before you got married? There are separate forums for both types of adjustment.

What type of visa are you adjusting from?

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

We were married overseas and applied for the I-130 from there.

Now we are in the US and he is here on a visitor visa.

I met with a uscis agent first and she said that she approved my interview, now he is still waiting for his interview for the I-130.

In the meantime we submitted for adjustment of status, work permit and travel papers...so far the work permit has arrived and no word on anything else.
