I sent my IV package a week ago, but I called NVC yesterday to confirm if they received or not.

She said it's not on the system. How long it takes to be on the system!? However; throght the tracking number says it was deleverd on last Monday. I'm so worry because I sent the original documents.

The new processing times is 60 days. Long as you got delivered don't worry. It won;t be in the system until they are ready to review so about 40 to 60 days you just have to hang on.

I know it takes long but when I sent AOS the told me it received but haven't reviewed yet. I just need to make sure that they receive it.

Oh dear.

With EP you still have to email the IV documents then bring the originals to interview.

You need to call the NVC on Monday, talk to a supervisor and try to fix this as Jordan is mandatory for EP.

I'll call NVC Monday, but I have copy for each document I sent in my computer.

I'll see Monday what they say.

I feel I'm LOST !!!

It'll be okay! I'm sure that something can be done, it will NOT be the first time this has happened. :) It'll be okay. Just call Monday, ask to speak to a supervisor and calmly explain that you misunderstood the directions and have mailed your originals to the NVC instead of using electronic processing.

I hope it'll be okay, I'm sad because I lost a lat of time. After I fix everything I have to wait another 60 days :(

But I'm really glad you told me that

Thanks again

I just called the NVC, they said they're going to send IV package back when they review it (really!!!!) it may be tomorrow or 60 days to send it back.

I'm not going to wait until that, I ask my spouse to do a new police certificate and email all documents again with in this week.

But at least I got confirmed that they accept my AOS.

I was waiting all morning for you to post. Did you speak to a supervisor or just the call rep?

Thanks for your concerns

I called the rep. Twice (different rep ) but when I ask for supervisor they both answered that they gave me their answers after returning to supervisor.

Did they have right to not let me speak with supervisor?

Not sure, I've not had to speak to one. Did both give you the same info?

Yes, both gave me the same answer. But the second added there is a small chance to accept the documents I sent by mail. But that's just chance as he said.

But I'll send a new IV package this week by email to be with safe side.
