If You Have Been Transferred...Please Post Here (K-1)

I guess I am comforted to come here and read that this happened to so many other people tonight. I have been very patient, never check USCIS and haven't even spent a lot of time on Visa Journey until the last few weeks (trusting in the process). I sent our application in March and got our NOA1 in early April so I was fully prepared to wait the full 5 months or so. When I saw that we had been transferred I got my hopes up and then this text and e-mail tonight, really made me excited.....until I read the same thing that all of you read. The same thing I got several weeks saying we had been transferred on 8/11.

I spoke to my fiance tonight and told him I was sad and a little frustrated. As usual, he is the calm and rational one....."it will happen when it's time. What else happened in your day?" Basically, get over it and move on. I know he's right. Dwelling on it will do no good - maybe it was a mistake or a sign but I will as the song say "Let it go!!!!" and keep doing what I need to do and trust that our NOA2 will be here when I least expect it and at exactly the right time for us.

Good luck to all!

I think all of us will see some decisions or something this week or early next! I am getting excited guys! my priority date is next Wednesday, 5 months baby!!!!! LOL. Also, question, I moved Late July and immediately updated my address with USCIS online. Do you think that they can screw up and send my important paper work to old address despite updating records? LOL I wonder truly why I never received my transfer notice. Do you think they will just look at your initial application the addy on that and mail you your answer or be bright and see if there any changes of address or anything? *worried*

Did you ever get an update from them on the website confirming that they changed the address on your petition? If not, I would say call tomorrow to make sure. I was helping someone who filed an I130 application as they had moved after sending it in, and although we made the changes online he also called to confirm they received/made it. The online message on his case changed afterwards confirming that they received the change of address request.

I was transferred back on 8/11 so I just checked my case and I did not receive the message many of you did. So far I counted 13 people who reported receiving that message... What's interesting is that most of your timelines for NOA1 are between 4/2 - 4/8 with a few exceptions. Hopefully this all means approvals very very soon for you. You guys have been waiting for a good amount of time, you deserve good news this week.

okay - I'm a 4/17/14 filer and just got ANOTHER "Your Case Status: Initial Review. On Aug. 11, we transferred your I129F to your local USCIS office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction..."

So looks like I'm still waiting and have gotten three transfer emails now (this time no text though)

I'm so frustrated. I'm happy for the approved cases of others, but I feel like we are getting left out.
