I filed 3 I-130s for my wife and 2 stepdaughters. I received mail 2 of them approved and one of them is saying initial review, when I check with USCIS

is this normal ? I am also confused what to do after getting approval notices like what documents I get and where to send them

Who got approved and who didn't? How old are your step-daughters?

After i130 approval is the National Visa Center (NVC) stage. That's where you pay the fees and submit the affidavit of support and beneficiary's civil documents.

my wife and my older daughter(14) approved, but younger daughter(11) hasn't been approved yet. When I check her status with receipt number it says initial review, others say approved. Should I do something about it ?

That's odd. If they were all sent in together, they should all have been approved together. Did you receive the NOA2's yet or is it just online that it says approved?

This does not constitute legal advice.

Yea, that's what I thought too, I got 2 letters in the mail says my wife and older daughter were approved. I don't know what NOA2 means, is it Notice of Approval ?

It means Notice of Action. NOA1 refers to the first letter you receive that says your petition was accepted and the filing fee paid. And NOA2 refers to the letter that says your petition was approved and will be forwarded to the NVC.

It's possible that the last case may be approved in the next couple of days. However, if by tomorrow it doesn't change, I would contact USCIS customer service and ask them why hasn't it been approved if they are all immediate relatives and you filed the petitions together. Hopefully, they can see what's going on.
