10/29/14 STILL WAITING ON SOME TYPE OF RESPONCE
Till today we have got nothing! I keep going to the USCIS website to track our progress and I-130 & I-765 are STILL in Initial Review, and the I-485 is STILL in Acceptance! Also it says for all 3 last updated was 08/25/2014!! 2 months has gone by and still we got nothing. I am so worried. I have called USCIS and all they told me is what i know and they said to call back after 5 months! I'm worried that something is wrong. At least with my package I hope nothing is wrong because my lawyer was the one who helped me do it. I'm a US citizen and my husband is portuguese. He came to the US with the visa waiver program and did not overstayed. We decided to get married on our 5 year anniversary about 1 week before our anniversary! He had been here for 2 months and a half when we got married. We sent in everything on time and everything was filed correctly. I even sent out proof of our relationship. I just don't understand why we still haven't had any news yet. :( please please PLEASE someone give me advise on what to do! Thanks! :)

Just for your peace of mind, I'm still waiting too, with my EAD and AP on Initial Review and my AOS in Acceptance since filing :)

So our interview time was 11:40 at Milwaukee office..we arrived there at 11:20 there was like six couples ahead us. our turn came at 12

this spanish guy came out and called my name .we both try to go in .he said only petitioner which is me the wife. He was so mean and grumpy ,no smile , no hello, when i arrived in his little office he said don't sit . he told me to raise my hand did little oath ceremony to tell truth. then he tell me pull chair and sit.and then interview begin with simple questions

what is your full name..?

what is your birthday date.?

what street you live in.?

what is your ss.?

then he asked me...

do you use any other name..?

do you use any other birthday date..?

here i started getting frustrated i mean how it is possible to use a another birthday date..

then he ask me are you us citizen.?

then he ask me to show my birth certificate.?

my parents name and how many siblings you have..?

Have you ever date or married before..?

then he started asking .

when did you both met..?

where and how did you both met..?

what did you both do.?

when was your first date..?

when was your second date..?

when was your third date.?

give me specific dates..?

i mean who remember specific dates these days.?

when did you tell you parents about him.?

when did he meet your parents.?

where did he meet your parents.?

did your parents cry..? what a stupid question why would they cry they were happy.

when did he tell you about her ex.?

what is the name of his ex.?

what is the name of your brother.?

what does he do.?

does he have a gf or married.?

does he have any baby.?

does he met them.?

what was the last time you and your husband met them what you guys do.?

then he asked me about my brothers ex and asked me if my husband met her.?

i said even i didn met her how he is supposed to met her.?

then he says oh then he was not serious.?

i said no at that time they lived in different city .?

they he started asking do you guys have joint bank account.?

joint electric bill etc account.?

joint car ownership and insurance .?

i showed him the papers.

and then i showed our health and life insurance papers too.

then he asked me do you have any health issues.?

why you took your husband to doctor.?

does he have any health issues.?

he was asking same question two three times.

then he asked me did your husband met your grandmothers.?

where your grand mothers live.?

i told him my dad mother died and my moms mother live in city.

then he asked when did your grandmother died.?

did your husband go to funeral.?

Does he condole you.?

Does he go to see your grandmother which lives in city.?

then he asked me when you move out of you parents.?

i said i don't know the date i told him i was this much old and i m this old now. do the math.

he picked up calculator and counted the years.

he asked did you met your husband before or after you move out.

then he asked when did you both move in together .?

was it before or after marriage..?

Do you cry alot.?

what a stupid question to ask.?

whole interview he was making me so nervous , he was so mean. i hope you all get a better person in your interviews.

he was writing all the answers on a paper with red pen ( what a professional . RED PEN ) all time i was showing him papers and pictures by the time he called my husband his table was full of our papers ..it was messy.. whole process took like 30 minutes.

above are all the questions he asked me but they might be not in order.

here comes my husband part now..hey guys this is husband typing now..

so this mexican guys come out and call me ..no smile on face..like he had fight with her wife last night ..

we go in his little office he told me not to sit and told me take part in little truth telling oath then he told me to pull a chair and sit.

he started with..

what is your full name .?

what is your dads name

what is your moms name.?

what is your ss.?

everything he was checking on my i485 and marking it.

he asked me about my passport and pull out the i94 and told us he will be back.he went out. i looked at my wife she looked so nervous

when he came back i told him hope you didn make my wife much nervous bcoz she don't like interviews

he didn say anything.

then he start asking me more questions

what is your marriage date.?

when did you first met...?

what did you do...?

what did you do on your first date...?

when did you met her parents....?

how was there reaction..?

Did they cry...?

when did you last time met your wives brothers what you guys do..?

whos his gf.?

i told him my answer and stopped talking . my wife wanted to add something he stopped her to talk. i told my wife don't worry our answer does not have to match 100%.

my answer was same but shorter.

Do you often meet him..?

how often you meet your wives parents..?

every answer i was telling he was marking on his paper. and matching the answer with my wives answer.

then he asked me my visa type i told him M1 he said F1 i said no its M1 he said again F1 i said not its M1 look on my papers.

then he asked me do you want to show me any other papers from school .i gave him my i20 and my school certificate . he kept i20 and looked at my certificate.

then he asked me do you have any health issue ..?

Does your wife has any health issue..?

then he ask me do you want me to show anything..i told him i see everything on table here.. tell me if you want to see anything..

i showed him our tickets from all trips and some receipts which my wife didn show him..

then he went out again and i start asking my wife did you show him pictures she said yes.did you show him this ,that..she said i already showed him everything..

then he came back and ask me do you see your wives grandmother .?

i told him one is dead and other lives in city.

he asked when did she died ..?was it before marriage or after marriage..?

he asked me do you go to funeral..?

then he asked me when was your previous marriage date..?

what is ex wives name.?

i told him my answer.

then he told Us do you know the next procedure ..?

he start telling it will be 2 yr green card...blah blah..we will review your file and you will get letter either you get approve or not.

i asked him you can't tell now..? he said no..then he asked any other questions..?

i said no thanks..

then i start collecting my papers from table...it took a while..thn we left his office and he told us you can leave from that door..

this was our experience guys...hope it will be helpful to everyone...if anyone wants ask me anything please don't mind to ask me... msg me in msg box i will reply every msg. ..i will really like to help ..will post more helpful stuff.. and if we didn write anything correctly ..we apologize ...

I was thinking this very thing! They clearly were giving you the "I don't believe this relationship is real" interview. I'm anxious to see how this turns out. That's insane. If we have an interview like that, Johan will likely say, "#### it, we'll go back to Ireland!" He's already not liking the invasive attitude the USA has with legal immigrants. Please keep us posted.

since I saw that your post was edited for such a simple word, I went ahead and dropped the F bomb in mine.
