what is the number to call for updates?

I called. 1 (800) 375-5283.

The prompts are relatively easy to follow.. I went in as if I was requesting info on a specific case, put in the case number and the dude basically just reads exactly what you see when you check the status on the website. However, at the end he will say something along the lines of "If you have questions about this case and wish to speak to CS rep press blah".

You should def call. Best of luck <3

Definitely seems like a noob move. :(

Best of luck! You should hear something soon.

I don't think I attached my marriage license to the i765.. It looks like that's the only file that was touched so they may need it? Can't think of anything I missed really.. we went through the package like 10x each before submission.

Also, processing times for RFE don't seem to be very quick.. I'll probably talk to my manager tomorrow and start training someone to do my work.

Kinda really scared right now >.>

I'm very sorry to hear about your RFE.

Have you tried calling FBI about your fingerprints?

Consider contacting a congressperson, if local doesn't work, go for neighboring congress people. Congress reps have the power to contact the person handling your case directly. If none of these work, I can give you the number of the congress rep that helped me out.

We are here for you, try not to be scared :)

I have entered USA as an F1 student in December 2010 and have maintained my status ever since. In August 2013 I met my husband (L) . We got engaged in March 2014 (L) And married in July.

Congrats!!!!

At least our 75 days is coming up soon...Phone call to USCIS next Monday!

I'll be calling next Monday too - That will be my 75 day mark.

I did call them today (The number listed on the website for queries). I got through really quickly, within 5 mins. I got a nice woman, who was clearly reading a script, however I told her that I realized that the 75 days was not passed yet, but that I was concerned that I hadn't had any movement whatsoever. She assured me that my file hasn't been misplaced, and that they are still processing it, and to call back after the 75 days if there is no change on the website.

So that's my next step!

I'm hoping I will get EAD and AP approval this week, to avoid the stress and worry of chasing it... My AOS is at Nebraska, and from what I've seen on VJ, I don't expect a quick turnaround - That's not so much of a bother. Although I'd like to have everything in place, I am happy and grateful to be able to be with my husband during this part of the process - I would just like my EAD so that I can get a job! Also, my mother is elderly, and my sister is in the later stages of a complicated pregnancy, and I would like the AP in place too, just in case I needed to make an emergency unplanned visit home (I know that I can appeal to the USCIS to get clearance to leave if I had to, under an emergency circumstance, and probably the same day - But I would like to just be able to go if I had to)... It's just one of those things that's in the back of my mind all the time...

Congrats to all of those that are seeing movement with their applications, and good luck to those who are still waiting! :)
