August 2014 AOS filers

We are still waiting with nothing whatsoever happening. It's so very frustrating to see people who've applied WEEKS after us get theirs so fast, without expediting. Very annoying. But I suppose I should be used to this... we filed Feb 1 for K1, and a boatload of people had their NOA2's long before us also. August 2nd might as well have been Sept 2, with as slowly as this is going. Booooooooooo.

That said, I AM truly happy for those of you who are progressing and have your EAD/AP and interview appointments. We'll cheer for you every step of the way.

@Tina and Johan. I think ours and others who have the same BIO dates will be processed by the end of next week. I noticed when the AOS package was accepted it took almost 2 weeks for them to update or send the NOA. (actual delay). So what I am thinking If your Bio was completed on the week sept 8-12, approval should be next week. 2 Weeks delay from the 30 day mark of the Biometrics. There are a few others I am following with the same Bio's that haven't gotten their appointments or EAD..

There wasn't a delay with my NOAs.. i wonder what that mean got Aug biometrics people..

I havent received anything else, no updates from the website either. Also, do i have to call immigration after 75 days of sending the papers to immigration and not receiving any answer after the fingerprints? What should I ask about? It's ok. Call after 75 days of when they received your documents. And then just ask for a service request. I'll be calling Monday as today is only 74 days. They received my docs on 8/4.

It's not wrong my friend working is a good thing for anyone. My wife is waiting to go to work. It helps tremendously. I am ready for additional income and so is she. so our feelings are mutual.

Hi. You can follow this link https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp and sing up for an account, you will add your notice of action numbers and will be able to see updates on your case.

Ha ha. My congressman basically told me to call USCIS to request an expedite as he can't do it on my behalf. Gotta love TX republicans.. granted his stance on immigration is "close the borders". Should have seen this coming.

That's just ridiculous, you're here legally, so you should be allowed to work and he's supposed to facilitate. So annoying.

You should call uscis since they are exceeding your processing time.
