Hi November filers,

I took a look at the records and for people who received a P1 on or after 10/1/2006 at CSC, the statistics are:

Avg P1->P2 = 80 days

Mininum P1->P2 = 56 days

Maximum P1->P2 = 104 days

Median P1->P2 = 79 days (50% confidence)

1-sigma = 89 days (68% confidence)

2-sigma = 99 days (95% confidence)

78% (60 of 77) October P1's have received P2's

45% (24 of 53) November P1's have received P2's

0% (0 of 35) December P1's have received P2's

0% (0 of 23) January P1's have received P2's

Hope this provides some clarity on the statistics. We're December filers so it's not quite our time.

January 2006 - became hyper-analytical 8-)

March 2007 - trip to China to visit

March 19, 2007 - NOA2

March 23, 2007 - Arrive NVC

We got our NOA2 today 2/12/2007 without any touches.

04-27-07 Filed for AOS, EAD, AP.
06-28-07 Green card arrived in mail

April 2009 Filed for removal of conditions.
May 09 2007 Biometrics
Aug 31st Congratulations letter, no interview needed
Sept 21st 2009. New green card with conditions removed arrived.

N400 Status
07/26/10 N400 mailed via UPS. Three year rule
08/03/10. Check cashed.
08/06/10 NOA letter received, but "Request for evidence" showing on the status website.
08/08/10 NOA #2. Biometrics appointment letter. Scheduled for 08/31/10
08/09/10 Biometrics completed. Walk in.
11/01/10 Touched. Transferred to local (Tampa) office
12/06/10 Interview . Passed

ahh...I am sitting at work, unable to concentrate...we were just touched! I really am praying that this is our NOA2 and not an RFE- Please pray for us! I hope all NOV filers are approved ASAP!
