I called NVC today, the rep talked to me said 'Please give us some time madam, we just received your case, and it will take some time to create the case in our system' in a RUDE voice...

Another waiting.. 42days.. and I am in my 14th day..

So he called NVC they told him they received everything january 20 th and we have to compt from this date 45 days to get a case number if nothing to contact them ....

called NVC today and they told me same thing they received my case on january 29 and have to wait 42 days hope fully we all get our case number soon

My PD is end of July 2014, Vermont service center, only got the first notice (receipt), nothing else from them. I checked the processing time, it is Sep 2013 (updated in Feb 2015), so looks like they are having big delay.

Have you called them to know about your case? If not call USCIS. Also make an appointment for infopass. Let us know what happens.

Hi guys for those of you who got their case still in california center use the inquiry tool it did work for me

after i called nvc they gave me my case number then earlier today i got an email saying that there is more applicants than visas and i have to wait before getting my invoice number and pay the bill

So right now it s another round of patience and suffering

Hello guys i ve sent an email last month to nvc saying that i didnt receive any letter from them and today they email me the same thing such as too much applicants and less visas but this time i got on the email my case number and my invoice number last time i called them they didnt have it

So i went to their website to see if i can pay the fee but it says that payment not invoiced meaning that i have to wait more
