Letter of intent to marry

Hello everyone, thanks again for all your help.

I am putting the final touches on my initial I-129f packet and I am doing the letters of intent to marry and in the header it says "

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

[ADDRESS OF FILING LOCATION]

Do I put the Texas address I mail it to? Or since I live in California do I put the CSC's address? If the CSC address, what is it?

Put the Texas Lockbox Address that you are mailing it to

It doesn't matter and never has. You can address it like this: "To Whom It Concerns:"

Put the address you send the I-129F petition to, OR put no addresses at all. They are not a requirement.

You don't even need to put an address on it if you don't want - put TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
