It is also interesting that history failed her completely when she forgot to mention other religion-driven genocides, such as the inquisition and the Crusades. One would and should expect CNS - of all outlets - to have those two covered in details.

Really? Her question starts with "I know we portray all Muslims as bad.." so she has already made clear she is not asking a question but making a statement.. The response starts with "This panel has nothing to do with Muslims or Islam, it's about our own governments involvement in events in Benghazi.."

When I read the responses from the usual suspects here that hold themselves in such high admiration it reminds me of a joke that made the rounds when they found that on average Prius drives are the worst on the road:

Q: Why are Prius drivers so bad?

A: Its hard to drive when you are busy patting yourself on the back.

You gotta give her a break. It is CNS and bad pseudo-jornalism, so her feigned outrage is not surprising at all, and yes, perhaps left to its own devices, mythology would turn America into a third-world nation. Probably she does not believe in the inquisition and the crusades. After all many like her even deny the Holocaust took place.

Luckily for all of us, the First Amendment stands between the 3rd world and secularism.

and it gets even better, the peace loving woman who was upset that no one was defending Islam. Seems she is a long time political activist, with ties to several fringe Muslim groups and a good buddy of Mohamed Osman Mohamud, the famed Portland Christmas Tree bomber, who was found guilty of plotting to use a weapon of mass destruction.
