Hi,

We just recieved a I-797 for our file we submitted for my wife yesterday. I tried to sign up on my account for status updates with the file number assigned to our case. When I try to do this is states no file on record. Why would it do this when there is a file number assigned to us? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

You need to wait and use the file number on the biometrics letter, not the NOA1. You should receive the biometrics letter soon.

Agreed. Please read your NOA letter, it's explained on it that you need to wait for the case number on the bio letter to track your case online.
