How long after your friend's 2nd fingerprint notice did she receive her yellow letter?

She received yellow letter after the first fingerprinting. She received an online notice about fingerprinting today.

She received yellow letter the same day as I did.

My first thought was actually that it's some kind of bug on their website since previously they haven't been given any updates that the biometrics letter is sent; and that is is actually an interview letter or inline notice.

I'm glad that it turned out to be a mistake in your case, but as I said earlier, it is very possible to have two biometrics appointments withing a few weeks or months of each other.

If you have already done your biometrics and your fingerprints are unreadable, they will ask you to do them again. It is not an issue of having multiple finger prints, it's just that when they take your finger prints at the application support center or the field office, they cannot guarantee that their quality will be accepted during the background check process. Regardless of whether or not the process is computerized, a bad scan is still a bad scan.

I never SAID I don't have to do another finger print. I shared the link that talks about possible mistakes from USCIS that's going on. I am not sure if I have to do another finger print. I have not received any letter yet but I suppose to this week or so. if I get a letter I will simply call them to see if this is a mistake or I have to do another finger print. I hope it is a mistake just to save time and plus Houston office is extremely slow!

well, I went at 8:30 am, the lady call my name at 9:00 am, she swear me then ask me to set then she start asking me :

1. What is the supreme law of the land?
2. What is an amendment?
3. Who is in charge of the executive branch?
4. Who was the first President?
5. Who vetoes bills?
6. How old do citizens have to be to vote for President? that's it.

Read sentience : where is the white house in U.S. ? write : The white house is in Washington dc.

then she go threw my application then give me that paper it say Congratulation you pass !!!!

she told me the ceremony will be Nov 25th, and give me that letter it say i got approved for the test and give me another green paper have my seat number on it!

WoW !!!!! this lady is awesome!

Ended up waiting 3 hours past appmnt time cause someone passed out in their interview... Security running all over peramedics, stretchers lol.. As my luck should have it, that was the officer I was scheduled with so his whole day went in the shitter lol... I ended up with someone else after 3 hours and they didn't seem happy for the extra work load... Lol... I was nervous cause they seemed agitated and I honestly don't remeber any of the questions lol... I got them all right and she ended up laughing at my nervous ramblings lol... Long story short, it started out hellish, ended with a pass and I got scheduled for oath tmrw! I wasn't even thinking when I took the oath appmnt for tmrw cause we have a trip next week lol...

I posted a question about crossing border with certificate...

It was a pretty quick turn around. I don't follow the status updates on system cause they're often wrong and drive me batty. I did bio end of August, got my interview letter mid oct... Like 5-6 weeks later and interview was like 3 weeks after that.

They said they do oath ceremonies every couple weeks so there's probably not a long wait for that either... I just happened to be in office the day before cut off and she said they had a few spots... She also said that it looked like my nerves couldn't handle extra waiting time LMAO...
