CSC Approvals - June and Beyond

Our Interview is Aug 13th. I fly back to the US Aug 25th so I would LOVE to be able to fly my fiance back with me! *fingers crossed*

Fiance does not plan on bringing a lot.. lol

Exciting! I told my fiancé I would cut down on stuff, we'll be living at his parents place so we don't have heaps of room haha. Here's hoping the next 3 weeks goes fast. I'll be crying when I see him!

WOW! JIJourney, your process went quite quickly! How wonderful for you! I notice it says "Expedited" next to your interview date. How did that happen? I've got fingers and toes crossed that ours goes quickly, but this "technical glitch" stuff has me worried. When I see timelines like yours, it gives me hope.

Yes it has gone by pretty good. After the NOA2 it has almost been smooth sailing. Do not worry. The technical glitch will not have any effect on the USCIS process and will probably be fully recovered by the time you get to the stage. When did you file?

We JUST sent in our packet last week after a few paperwork issues had to get cleared up, and delivery via UPS was yesterday (Monday July 28th). Now we're waiting on the offical NOA1. I probably sent in WAY more than I needed, but I figured it was better to "front load" than have not enough. I sure hope you're right about the glitches getting cleared up soon. We've waited soooooo long to be together (ours is a story that started over 30 years ago when we were both kids - and the immigration stuff was what broke us up back then!). It's funny how much harder the wait suddenly seems now that the paperwork has started . I'm hoping that everything goes as smoothly as yours did! Thanks for your support!
