I am applying for my husband in Kabul, Afghanistan and i recently got my approval from USCIS and they also emailed me about filling out the DS-261/260. They also told me about the visa application fee and the AOS fee. I have a lot of issues, and need lots of help.

FIRST,

1.)I paid the AOS $88 and it says paid now, but i cannot pay the $230 it's grayed out and does not allow me to. i would like to know why it is like that?

2.) I cannot find the DS-260 anhywhere! I know it is a form online but i cannot find it at all, do i have to wait till i pay the $230 and then it will should up when i log in with my case number and invoice number. And when will it allow me to pay it, it has been about 5 days since i paid the $88 AOS fee.

3.) I also understand i have to fill out the DS-230 and maill it in with some supporting documents, it says to submit original marrigae certificate, I already sent that to the USCIS a couple months ago. I sent the original in English and my native language. So, they will sent it to the NVC right? so i do not have to worry about that? they already have it, i hope? :/ I'm so lost i hope this goes well

4.) It also asks for police certificates, my husband lives in Afghanistan and they do not have police certificates so what do i do? how do i address that to the NVC?

5.) I have a sponsor for my case, so if i have a sponsor do i only have to fill out the AOS form for my sponsor with his 3 years tax forms or do i have to also fill it out the same AOS form myself too with my income,...i think i just have to sent the sponsors financial info but im not sure. if not do i have to fill out one AOS form for him and one for me? or just the sponsor? please answer meeeeee this is like my most important question.

Someone please answer my question i am sooo worried!!!! Thanks so much

Also, i am using my sisters account so i know it says K1 but i am actually cr-1 and in Afghanistan. sorry for any confusion

the view-ability on the IV Fee Bill section in the payment portal

is

solely dependent on getting the DS-261 detached and added to the casefile.

Once that's done by a NVC clerk, the IV Fee Bill is usually generated 4 to 5 business days after.

Usually.

Is no linkage on the AOS stuff at all - they be parallel (with different starting times) ..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Here is the NVC Process wiki for you to read. to your questions

1.)I paid the AOS $88 and it says paid now, but i cannot pay the $230 it's grayed out and does not allow me to. i would like to know why it is like that? The IV fee ($230 ) appears when you have submitted the DS-261 and NVC accepts it about 20 to 30 days later.

After all the DS-261 fun

:/ I'm so lost i hope this goes well There is no more DS-230. The DS-260 online form took its place September 1, 2013

Any originals you submitted to USCIS is there’s you will have to redo. USCIS only required copies. Sorry

4.) It also asks for police certificates, my husband lives in Afghanistan and they do not have police certificates so what do i do? how do i address that to the NVC?

They know what countries have police report. Look at the reciprocity list

You are the sponsor regardless if you make $0 or a million. You will fill out the I-864 and submit your most recent take transcripts along with paystub, employment letter just like the co-sponsor.

Do read the Wiki its very informative.
