Well all the first green cards are conditional ;-) That's why we gonna go through the hell again in 2 years ;)

Maybe try to call them?

They probably want to check you out in FBI database again

I guess, but I'm not to worried about ROC, more worried I'll be stuck in this stage for a long time because someone forgets the file somewhere..

I thought the background checks are completed by the time the interview is scheduled - else what's the point of having a interview scheduling step?

I'll call or schedule a INFOPASS in case I haven't heard anything from them in a week or two.. Just to make sure it doesn't fall into some crack somewhere.. :)

I would schedule an info pass, you would get to know more about your case that way.

I know it's frustrating and stressful :(

Yeah, I just scheduled one for next Tuesday. If I get an update before that I'll cancel it - if not - I can ask all the questions then. :)

Not very stressed about it. I mean - I am in status and working. Thanks for your support! :)

No you do not need to send it back. Some IOs just ask for the EADs back during the interview if they are going to approve the application. But since you are done with the interview and already have the green card in hand, you can just keep your EAD as a souvenir :)

Thx!
