Hi Guys,

Thanks so much for being helpful to all the successful DV Applicants on this forum. Currently I am filling my ds-260 and I have a few questions I want to be sure of before submitting it.

1. Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccination in accordance with U.S law? Yes or No?

2.Are you permanently ineligible for US Citizenship? Yes or No?

Another question I would like to ask is that can two or three person send you an AOS from different locations in the U.S?

If no, how much do you think or guess would be enough in my sponsor's bank acc for a single applicant?

Do I have to list all the schools I attended? They are many lol. Thank you guys for your help.

With regards to vaccinations, if you don't have the documentation, the answer is 'No' and you explain in the comments box 'Will obtain vaccinations prior to medical examination and consulate interview' or something along those lines.

With schools, you must list - as instructed on the DS260 - all education secondary and above.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to the affidavit question or the citizenship question. Wiser heads than mine will be able to answer those ones.

1- No "I will get required vaccinations prior to the interview"

2- No

AOS May be related to income rather than bank account ie high salary. Ask an expert.

Yes, list all the schools but not primary/elementary schools. It took me hours to do this.

.

I've never seen anyone ask about this question! Page 16 on of this link http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/86933.pdf has the factors that would make you ineligible.

Edit: sorry, I just saw that it doesn't actually list the factors other than evading service. But it is basically being convicted of major crimes etc - pretty much the same things that would make you ineligible for the visa in the first place.
