If you need help with the process whilst it's with USCIS this is the place.

If you have questions or need help once you're case is at the London Embassy, the regional sub-forums is the best place for that.

Hi, fiance recieved form I 797 Notice of Action, says the above petition has been approved and forwarded to the listed consulate, but no consulate is mentioned, do I now contact the US embassy in London, or wait for them to contact me?

Yes after it has been to NVC and your file arrives at the embassy they will send you a letter with instructions.

No hun once NVC has assigned you a case number you'll be able to book your medical and fill out the DS160 but you can't do that yet.
