my fiancee is from philippines...but i dont think its all about being fast... ive known some friends of my friancee and they are still waiting on noa2.. the other one filed last december 2013 and still waiting for noa2 and the one filed feb 25 2014 and still waiting for noa2... so i can tell its still case to case basis...

i called the uscis before and they told me that expediting petition in the philippines is already cut due to typhoon yolanda so they are back to normal processing and as i read tsc having a backlogged

my service center is not tsc...im on csc... but still case to case basis...because as what i read on my fiancee forum some got quick and some are not some already on their 4-5months still nothing and some just got it a month... i can say we are lucky because we are approved fast by csc...

We receive our noa1 june2 we applied may 30 service Texas? Who has same case and waiting for NOA2? Haw longue take to received?

hello,

i know it's important to have an idea about the timeline and to know how long it will take cause we are all impatient to join our fiancé(e) BUT it's a case by case problem !

for me, as a french, it took 14 days !

I129f sent on april 30

NOA1 received on May 5

NOA2 on May 14

french embassy contacted by NVC on June 6, same day my boyfriend received a letter saying i should fill on line form DS160 and that i'll be contacted for an interview when these forms are filled so...

now waiting for availabilities !

i'm telling that to you just to show you that there is no rules !! time line here are based on past experience and obviously it depends on cases

just follow the process, pay attention to all details they asking, even more (we gave all papers that sounded logical to provide and we saved time) and all will be perfect.

it's just a waiting game, be courageous !

Yes I believe if you didn't get a RFE you would be on a fast track but after they get your RFE settled then you will be back on board and get ready cause its gonna be a fast ride. Start getting your fiancée stuff ready and get your stuff ready to send her. Take a look at my timeline and you will see how fast our process was. Less than 3 months for the whole process. But I will tell you this right now trying to get a interview date is going to be the most frustrating part cause there are so many people on VJ that are waiting and plenty more that are not on VJ waiting for interview dates to come up. Good Luck

It's been 15 days since my fiancé sent the response to RFE but still no news.. And that's pretty annoying..
