I have see a lot of people getting check lists for using the wrong part of their tax transcript/return for income portion (the one which asks for the last 3 years' income) on the various I-864's. For clarification, which part of your tax return are you to use on the I-864EZ, I-864A, ad I-864? Is there a difference? Thank you.

I-130 Sent: 11 November 2013

I-130 1st i-797(NOA-1): 12 November 2013, Vermont (Dis-)Service Center (1 day in transit)

I-130 2nd i-797(NOA-2): 30 May 2014, Vermont (Total Dis-)Service Center (199 days in USCIS hell)

I-30 Received at NVC: 11 June 2014 (11 days in transit)

NVC Case # Assigned: 27 June 2014 (15 days to case number assigned)

If you file a 1040 then you use total income

If you file a 1040EZ then you use adjusted total income.

It's in the I-864 instructions. :D

Thanks! Just wanted to make sure, since the instructions said for form EZ and I filed for A not EZ this year. Please forgive the paranoia lol!

hi dude just take your time filling out the I-864 forms so you get it right don't rush
