I have been waiting for RFE response Since Jan 6th, Did multiple service request, talked to tier 2....no satisfied answer, as per tier 2.. they don't know why its taking too long

Sure, but you're doing a completely different visa at a different service centre, you can't compare the two.

Palakk, Bunnygirl is right. The first post was about RFE for their I129F visa, yours is a different application at a different service center. I do hope you get a response from them though.

Ours was a green sheet because that was a rejection notice that we received. It was not our fault, they checked our application 7 months after we sent it and our I129F form was already outdated.

Anyhow, what my fiance did, he put the green sheet and the new form on top.. They gave us feedback like after a week and we got our NOA1 and alien number.

Just follow their instructions whatever sheet would that be. I hope yours, after you send your RFE, you get NOA2... Good luck

we got an RFE too we never thought we will be able to get RFE and what they asked us is about circumstaces of meeting...yeah right... we already submitted passport stamps luggage tags boarding passes itinerary details plus receipts and even what we purchase at the philippines plus pictures with captions and date and still they asked us about what they called memorandum

what i did i details to them what we do for the 15 days i stayed with her

and yes till now waiting still for the approval

We also got an RFE after waiting over 4 months too, we got the email notification on a Monday and received the letter on a Friday. Our RFE was for a letter of intent, although I did send two intents from me and my fiance, but whatever I sent another one. Hopefully we will hear something soon.

RFE, scares everybody.,. but, in most cases, someone has your file as an active case, and if not a bad rfe, it could be good if it something simple, and you can get it to the service center, asap! Might be a blessing in disguise.

Yes, the RFE will come with a blue form, that you send back with whatever evidence they want.
