We sent our packet in July 2013. Heard nothing from the USCIS, after 7 months of waiting, we received a REJECTION notice and that we needed to fill out the new I129F form because it was outdated. We checked many times our application before sending, so it was never our fault. April 2014, we resent the application. That makes us April filer.
