I went to H1B visa with my family on 7th January 2013 and I got approval on the day. But unfortunately they called me on 9th January 2013 to re-appear for an interview. I attended the interview and they provided me 221g white slip. On 221g slip they mention "Administrative Processing". On July 9th 2013, I got the letter from US consulate, the case had been forwarded to USCIS for further processing. After that on February 2nd 2014 I got an mail from USCIS the case had been moved to Initial Review status. But After that I got no mail from the USCIS. So what can I do now. Kindly let me know.

I would have a serious chat with your Employer and their Lawyer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
