How do you get through at NVC?

I have been calling the NVC number 1-603-340-0700 since Tuesday and keep getting a busy signal until about midnight my time when it tells me they are closed and to call back during business hours. What am I doing wrong?

then try calling early in the morning like 7;55 am when their starting to work.

When you're getting line busy tone re-dial as many as possible until you get through. That what i do and they will put me on hold for about 30 to 40 mins am even calling them now. Don't give up when you're getting busy tones.

Right I went through the same thing on Monday, I've forgotten it was a Holiday but I called later on tuesday and I was able to get through.

I start calling them at 7am East Coast USA time. Even when I call right at 7am, I'm usually on hold waiting for about 30-40 minutes before someone actually comes on the line. It is frustrating.

Sadly it's a normal occurrence at the NVC to call, get jammed phone lines, finally get through, and then hold for 45 minutes only to be told they can't answer your question and to speak with an immigration lawyer.

But they get awards for customer service...makes sense, right?
