wow and you guys were processed at TSC?? That's amazing!!!! Congrats! I looked at your timeline, if your dates are for real, then the rest of us can hope to be so lucky :)

Their case was expedited. I doubt that any regular June petitions will be approved sooner rather later.

I'm not sure what you mean. I don't even see anything that says "Last Updated" it just says :

On June 27, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

Hi Dohan,

If you added your case to your profile on USCIS when you log on to your profile you will see this:

Number of cases in portfolio: 1

To sort cases, click a column header below. Select Receipt Number E-mail Alert Mobile Alert Last Updated

(mm/dd/yyyy) Form Number Form Title WAC1490349725 WAC9725 Y Y 07/02/2014 I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

The info you posted is what you see after click receipt number or imputing it manual every time you go to USCIS. Did this help?

Glenn

Ohhh, I don't think I have a profile on USCIS then. I just check my status by putting in the recipt number, I didn't realize there was another option....

Hi Everyone,

I just ran into this on another thread and felt it might help everyone to have an idea what happens to your petition once you have submitted it. You can read this thread here : http://www.visajourn...dicator-q-and-a

it's from an adjudicator who used to work at USCIS. It's from a while ago. but gives you a very good idea of the whole process from their eyes etc. It was an eye opener for me and makes it easier for me to give USCIS more time. Hope this will enlighten and inform you more. Cheers, congrats to all who got their NOA2 and happy endings to the rest of us.

Got a notice of RFE via email today... :(

It's unfortunate, but at least I know they are looking at our file and once we provide what they need it should be approved soon after that.

Since I was very meticulous in including everything outlined in the VJ guide and then some, I'm curious to know what else they need.

I'm guessing RFE paper copy is coming via USPS and subject to regular US mail processing times or should I expect a longer wait?

Mostly the RFE is nt a big deal at all just minor stuff or signature or something .

Also..

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 13, 2014 and July 19, 2014*.

I haven't failed to notice today is the 25th.

I am impatient, yes.

Hopefully, we'll hear something soon.
