Proactive Preparation for I-129

I will soon be visiting my fiance. Which documents require her signature. I'd like to get her signature on these documents during our visit. This way, when I return to the US, I'll already have what I need to file.

The letter of intent to marry and the Biographic information! Have plenty of original signatures! Do the passport style photo while you are at it and take plenty of dated photos!

Make sure you are using the correct forms, your thread title is a bit misleading.

Form I-129 = Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker

Form I-129F = Petition for Alien Fiance(e)

Good luck on your visa journey.

Have her sign a couple of bio pages, in case when reviewing you find and error you won't need another trip or have to wait for a new one.

As mentioned get the Letter of Intent to marry signed, the G-325A completed and 2X2 passport photos. If she was married before a copy of her annulment.
