Hi... i previously filed for K1 we got approved, he came here we got married, then he made the big mistake of going back to Mexico before the adjustment of status, so we lost everything that i did, anyway, now im struggling with money i really need him to come help me support our kids, if he stays in Mexico with a crappy paycheck im not going to make it plus i feel like a single mother carrying my 2 babies(the girl is 2 and the baby 9months) everywhere i really need his help, so i really want him here i dont wanna move to mexico with our kids... anyway,

what are the chances of him being approved if i file for this???

am i filing the CR-1???

does he have to go to Juarez again???

I'll appreciate your answers!!

Thx!! He entered with a K-1 visa/fiancee visa, and i even sent the money and papers for AOS but he didnt make it to the boimetrics, so the AOS was denied, and the process closed last year, we got married on April, he went back to Mexico on July., the AOS process was over, so i have to start a new one. Im so tired of filling papers and i have the 2 little ones that need and want all of my attention but i have to do it so he can help me support my kids so we can give them what they deserve, a better life with the family together!!

Thx for your answer!!

Ya, sorry, time to start over.

I-130 to USCIS, then visa application process at NVC, culminating with yet another medical exam and a visa interview at CDJ.

I suggest 10 to 14 months, unless you want to try to claim financial hardship (an emergent condition since he left to Mexico) in a seperate letter asking for expedite on the I-130...

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
