Please help! Starting to panic after interview

I went to my interview may 13th at 315, everything seemed to be ok. The IO mentioned at least 3 times that i will receive my green card in 4 weeks, even explained to us what we had to do regarding ROC. I had asked her to change my name to my married name and again she said ( your green card will have your husband's last time) and she said that everything looked good and we make a good couple and have beautiful family. BUT i have not received any email regarding my case updating my status.. Should i be worried? Seems like everyone receive email updating their status within hour of their interview...

Don't be worried.

Some IOs have to get supervisor permission before approval, so there may be a few days' delay. See what happens next week. You sound very approved. Good luck.

Thank you! But i am still worried, what if she changed her mind, can she do that? She didnt even want to see more stuff that i had brought, she had said that we are good and she didnt need to see them.. when should i start to panic? lol

Never panic

She could change her mind, but I highly doubt that is what is happening. Sometimes it takes a few days or a week for them to push the approval button.

Wait for that 4 weeks the IO told you...then can start panicking and posting up here and we'll promise we'll welcome you more.

You will most likely get a response soon. Do you have an account on USCIS so you can see any movement on your case? When we had our interview for ROC, it seemed like everything was fine, but after 2 months we still had not heard anything. We scheduled an Infopass and were able to find out that we had been approved a few days before. Soon after that the green card arrived. If you haven't heard from them within the 30 days they asked you to wait, you can schedule an Infopass too and get more information. It sounds like your interview went well--good luck!

Yes I do have an account and i have an alert to receive email/text whenever there is a change.
