What fees are left and when after the NOA2? See link below.

Is the medical different in each country or is it standardized based on US fees? different fee structures

The fees are indeed different for each country.

There are many fees along the road to citizenship, but the ones to plan for right now are the medical and the interview. Some places charge you for the vaccines on top of that, but if your fiance has health inurance or lives in a country with socialized medicine, you can beat that by planning ahead iand using the insurance or the socialized medicine system.

Oh yeah don't forget the plane ticket to the US. Depending on how far he/she has to fly,. that might be more than the medical and interview combined.
