  1. We were a K-1 success story back in 2014 with a ton of help from this forum. THANK YOU!! We needed a break from the immigration process, plus my husband graduated from college, started a career and we had 4 children since 2014 so have been a bit busy and maybe a bit lazy when it comes to immigration and getting our citizenship filed. I sat down to apply for him and am already wondering what we should put for the first question. The first two options are both true for him, so which is best to pick? Thanks!
  2. My husband and I have been married for almost 8 years, so he qualifies for the “lawful permanent resident fort at least three years and married to a US Citizen” but also qualifies for “has been a lawful permanent resident for at least 5 years.” I’m wondering if anyone has insight on which he should choose and if it has any impact on how quickly the application will be approved? Thanks!
