I've read somewhere about how people abuse the visa process by getting married to live in the USA and we are not one of them. I was just wondering if our Marriage NSO Certificate alone would be enough to validate our union. We married in Sept 19 2013, we've been married now and conversing on facebook for 7mths. We met online in 2013 of January and talked online FB for 8mths. I then flew to Manila to meet her, resided there on an extended tourist visa for three months and then married. I flew back to the States and now preparing her immigrant visa. :) I'm now wondering if our meeting online and marrying in such a short time will be valid enough to prove our union. We have her Parents and mine as witnesses of our correspondence and marriage, plus pictures of us with the Judge at the civil registry in her province where we married at. And lastly receipts from myself and my U.S parents sending money to financially help her and our daughter (Step Daughter) by WU, who i will be adopting when we are ready and researched on it. If anyone has gone through this same path i am on, please comment. I am the Petitioner not the immigrant.

We have the following to possibly prove our marriage is valid for entry into the U.S on a immigrant visa for my Wife and Step Child 1yr old Daughter:

1.Philippines NSO Marriage Certificate

2.Western Union (money sent online Jan-Aug 2013) (August-December my parents sent us money while i was in the Philippines for three months) and from (Jan-May 2014 after our marriage in September of 2013, money was sent also in her new last name by both i and my Parents)

3. We have her Mother and Godparents as Witnesses to the Marriage but they are living in the Province and my Wife is now in Manila.

4. My Parents are witnesses to our marriage only online through facebook pictures and activity.

5. Pictures of us together, friends, and family with also the Judge who married us in the civil registry at the Province of Leyte, Philippines

I am needing suggestions on what i should collect and how to collect any documents or evidence in a offical way to further validate if so be the USCIS questions the authenticity of our marriage due to the fact we have only been married for less than a year.

The NSO Certificate alone shows (or 'proves') all relevant authorities that your marriage is legal and valid.

What you are going for here is evidence of a legitimate (aka bona fide) marriage; that's where all the other items come in. Focus on evidence of time spent together in-person, that is your strongest evidence.
