As your PD is Sept2012, I think they will issue you a visa when it's current. Senior members correct me, if I'm wrong.

Of course, they can issue it in MAY, but starting from June, your PD is not current.

I can tell you about the "Sputum Fiasco" that exists from St. Luke's, my wife went through it! It is a scam for the most part, as I have "firm" evidence that on certain weeks the doctors are told to deem 30-50% of medicals as "suspicious,", an thus starts this almost 3 month process.

After the 3 days of testing the speciman, it must be submitted to a lab to see if it grows, and that takes 9 more weeks, the danger weeks for them to call you back to St. Luke's that the culture is growing, is 3-6.,.,.,if no contact, then you may very well be ok.

They will give you a date to receive your results of the culture, .,.,"GO THERE, do not call" then if all is ok.,.,you will be treated like a queen with the treatment you will receive.,,.finishing your medical, and "even" the interview.,.,,my wife was finished in two consutive days after the "SPUTUM FIASCCO".,.,.,.Phils. is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, when it comes to govt..,.,.,,.,but produce the best wives in the world!

i agree with you about the xray and sputum in st lukes. My brother in law was delayed he had to undergo treatment for like 3-6mons then guess what. When he arrived in US he went to an MD,the MD told him he should not have undergone the TB treatment. Another thing skin test is not used anymore here in US to detect TB how come they still use it on st lukes.

That's right.. I just read this from USCIS website:

"Retrogression typically occurs toward the end of the fiscal year as visa issuance approaches the annual category, or per-country limitations. Sometimes a priority date that meets the cut-off date one month will not meet the cut-off date the next month. When the new fiscal year begins on October 1, a new supply of visas is made available and usually, but not always, returns the dates to where they were before retrogression."

It could get back to Sept 2013 on October. Let's hope that happens!

Can you share us the link!!

Just my thoughts:

Last year, in August 2013, the cut off date moved forward for almost 1 year+10 month. In June 2014, it will move backwards for 1 year and 4 months. So the "real" movement since last August is 6 months, right? But it's been 10 months since August01. Hopefully the movement will start again soon..... and I'm waiting for a rapid movement...
