Is it possible to get Visa if there r less people getting Immigration visa frm a particular country although it is retrogessed? Or should we have to wait to be current? I saw some cases where the case is not current but the process is going on time.

FY 2001 AUG move back 20 month

and FY 2002 OCT move forward 19 month

FY 2006 JULY move back 19 month 3 weeks

FY 2007 OCT move forward 19 month 3 weeks

FY 2011 MAR move back 12 month and then they move very fast.

FY 2013 AUG Current and stop move forward and JUN they move back MAY 2012

i think FY 2014 will move forward SEP 8 2013 agains

They will give you a date to receive your results of the culture, .,.,"GO THERE, do not call" then if all is ok.,.,you will be treated like a queen with the treatment you will receive.,,.finishing your medical, and "even" the interview.,.,,my wife was finished in two consutive days after the "SPUTUM FIASCCO".,.,.,.Phils. is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, when it comes to govt..,.,.,,.,but produce the best wives in the world!
