I have doubt regarding the income requirement for sponsor. I had sponsored my ex husband before with the help of co- sponsor as i didnt have a job back in 2010 , but that relationship ended in divorce. I have a son. Now am sponsoring my fiance. So what would be my household size? 3 or 4 ( would my ex still be counted as my household as I had sponsored him before)? Thankyou in advance.

Your ex will still count as you sponsored him previously unless you know he has met one of the requirements of the I-864: death, citizenship (not eligible yet), worked 40 qualifying quarters (not possible yet), or gave up/lost his LPR status.

No.He hasnt met any of the requirements. So i have to add him to the household size.Thankyou for your info. So in place of partially dependant or wholly dependant, should i include his name and what should i pick? Actually hes not at all dependant on me in anyway. He has his own job.

None of those. He will be listed on #9 and also on #10, along with your current fiance(e).
