I don't think you can get the interview waiver letter if your case has already moved to Testing and Interview.

my online status never changed...we just received the letter in the mail.

we didn't send any proof just the requested information for the AOS. It doesn't matter if it takes 6 months we got the AP and EAD so life is good at this point. :) if it faster that's good too.

Omg guys,u r scaring me now... Im affraid to receive that letter...

I feel like it's a blessing...now we don't have to take time off of work just to prove to someone that doesn't know us, that our relationship is true. I think the interview would of stressed me out!!

I don't think it's about proofs sent along with package. Any proof on paper can be quite easily fabricated, and USCIS knows that.

I think 95% of the times visas other than K1/K2 do not get an interview waiver. K1/K2 get an interview waiver in probably 60% of the cases.

That is the inference I have drawn from reading on VJ.

Do you live in Tampa?

Seems we got the same letter stating that interview waiver possible, but 6 month additional wait due to no fault of our own. Wondering if I should forward this to my Senator just to be on the safe side?
