We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

So, does anyone know who to call regarding case status? I just want to check if they got my RFE response or not.

13th May 2014: AOS (I-485) & EAD/AP combo card
21st May 2014: NOA 1 and biometric letter
11th June 2014: biometric appointment
13th June 2014: RFE received via mail
16th June 2014: replied to RFE
6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice

As for biometrics, mine hasn't changed. My last updated still says the date they sent my biometrics appt letter (June 3rd) ^^; I know some people's 'last updated' does change after biometrics though, but it can sometimes indicate an RFE being sent out as well

I'm on day 58 since NOA and it has been 37 days since biometrics. I am right on the "average" time frame. EAD takes 40 days since Biometrics and AP 64 days since NOA... so we shall see what happens... :o

Anybody whose case changed to T&I on July 2 already have an interview date ? I am hoping my interview date is in mid sep. Fingers crossed that I don't get any i485 update in the coming week !!!

USCIS sucks. Couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery. In three months, I could cut down a tree, create paper, catch a squid, kill it, extract the ink, make a pen, fill in the form, walk to Chicago, hand over the papers, get in the door, pick up my envelope, walk to the nearest service centre, make friends with someone who works at the center, give them ten bucks to process my case, then cycle to the FBI, do the search myself, then head back to Helena, get some plastic, and create a card, build a wooden plane and fly back to great falls, and get a job.

Anyway, still no news :)

K1 AOS:

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

May 27th: Notification via text/email confirming receiving package. Day 5

May 29th: NOA's recieved on 29th May Day 7

June 2nd: Biometrics appointment for June 16th arrives. Day 11

June 16th: Successful Biometrics. Day 24
