Congratulations!!!!!

Can someone please tell me what is the next step after NOA2???

Thank you!

You wait for your NOA2 Hardcopy through mail and you will get a last update stating that your case has been shipped to the NVC/DOS. Then after that takes 25 business days and start calling NVC to see if they received your approved case..If they did, then ask for your MNL number/Case number..with that you track your case to the U.S Embassy where the Beneficiary resides,...*This is what i understood, correct me anyone if I'm wrong LOL)

You are Welcome :) I am still not at that level..I Received my NOA2 On July 24th and still have not received a case status notification saying my case has been shipped to NVC..When fiance called USCIS and got trasnferred to a TIER 2 IMMIGRATION OFFICER , they told him our case is still at TSC :( ...to answer your question..it depends on the beneficiary's country....Here in Venezuela... I will be needing a letter from NVC Or from the U.S Embassy here and ask for a Medical Appointment..You should try gathering the information needed from the Beneficiary's U.S Embassy/ Consulate where she/he resides.

Quick question regarding police certificates, I am a French citizen living in the UK. I will provide French and British police certificates at London embassy but do I need an official translation for the French certificate? If yes, where can I find an 'official' translator?

Many thanks!

Just got an email, we got a RFE so now waiting to see what additional information needs to be submitted

That's good someone is assigned to your case once you receive the letter get it done and send it back to them as soon as possible good luck its probably minor things like missing signature ,or something like that.

Haven't heard anything yet... Hoping we're up next!

yeap its comning this week wont end.
