Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to share some wonderful news, around 615pm cst I got a text message that that there was a change in my case status and to check online.

So I did and I got this new message:

"On July 2, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

I had my bio waived and I got my Green Card approval in exactly 2 months from my NOA date May 02. Thank the Lord this part is over.

Now just waiting for the actual card/approval letter in the mail.

Hopefully there will be more approvals for May filers in the coming weeks.

Best of Luck to the rest of you that are waiting.

Woohoo!! First May approval!! Congrats!!!! And enjoy!! :)

Congrats Sefora!

I got momentarily optimistic about a quick approval but, looking back at other threads, so far there has been no approvals from Vermont for Feb, March or April filers :-(

Seems 40% of January's filers are done, so they are probably starting to work on Feb. I guess the 6 month processing time is about right.

Congrats Sefora im still wondering why some Bio's are current and some not

Me too... My AOS was approved in 3 months so my bio info was pretty "fresh" compared to some who got theirs approved in like 6months+. Plus I travelled through SFO last January. USCIS is mysterious... :)

Is there a way we can find out to which service center our petitions were sent? I sent mine to California, but since there was an address mix up I"m not sure.

What does your NOA say? and Biometrics letter (not sure if that mentions it)?

Edit: In fact, if your case number starts with WAC, it's in CSC. If it starts with EAC, it's in VSC. (W for Western, E for Eastern)

My AOS was 3months as well so I guess its just random

Yes, I still didn't figure out the math behind all that.

Converts' AOS bio date was 06-28-2012, mine was 07-02-2012, so just 4 days apart. Our NOAs for ROC are also 4 days apart.

We are living in the same city. I'm getting the ROC bio, she doesn't. Doesn't make sense to me. :P

What does this mean?

When I check my case status on line it says im in initial review and this is the first line of what they say

On June 23, 2014, your address was changed relating to the CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS

Weird. But I'm remember reading the same thing happened to someone else here or another filers thread. You should call them and ask a Tier2 what does it mean.
