Yep we are still here. We got the paperwork for AOS done today and ran up to DMV and he passed his test for his driving permit. Whooooooooooo Hooooooooooooo we are making some progress.

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

thanks guys and gals.

It's been crazy since he's been here. He came over right before Thanksgiving and it's been run, run, run since then. Thanksgiving holiday, got married, Christmas, New Years, and running around trying to get all the paperwork done. Had a bit of trouble with social security but we just went to a different office and that cured the problem. It seems like it takes at least 2 trips to get anything done. lol Hopefully we will settle down now and have some time to do something other than immigration. ha ha ha
