Hi. When submitting photos with you and your spouse together over a long period of time to show relationship proof, what is the best way to package them? Should I just put them all in a plastic ziplock back just like with the individual 2x2 passport style photos? (of course I mean a separate bag from the passport ones).

Also, should I write anything on the back, such as location and date when photo was taken? Would it also be good to put them in chronological order?

Finally, about how many photos would be best to submit?

Thanks!

You can submit them in a zip lock bag and if you do, yes, name,s dates and location should go on the back.

However, it is neater and less likely to get lost if you print them on normal letter sized paper, 4 or 6 to a page, with a little caption underneath. I would recommend only sending a few with your submission- no more than a dozen- and bringing more to the interview.

Thanks for the advice! I just got 16 printed before I saw your message. We met in 2007 and got married in 2012. I have pictures from every year since 2007 all the way to/including this year. Of the 16, 6 of them are from our weddings (we had 2 weddings, one in Japan first and then 4 months later one in USA because too many people were unable to travel and we wanted to include everyone, 3 photos from each one.) The other photos are just showing us young and how we aged and also a few at vacation locations like Six Flags and an aquarium with a walrus and things like that. Is 16 overkill for the I-130 packet?

I put abt 15 pics on each piece of paper and labeled the top first visit, second visit, wedding, reception dinner ect. Hoping that's good enough for them.
