Adding Evidence (split topic)

Can you help me to add evidence. We have no email logs or Skype. We chat using Yahoo messeger before and now viber. I wasn't able to save all of our conversations. all we have are pictures, passport stamps of his travels to be with us (we have two children already)

Any evidence of itself is totally useless.....it's content that is key. Most every relationship follows a typical timeline and the couple discuss topics in a typical fashion........Try drafting a summary document that could be titled Evolution of Our Relationship.....in it you should discuss how you came to meet, what you talked about, how you agreed to meet in person what you talked about.....how you agreed to pursue the K-1, what you talked about....how the relationship grew and your discussions about life together in the US. Along the summary you should be able to reference specific evidence that supports that part of your relationship timeline.
