Do you have a job of any kind back in Morocco? At POE they typically want to see you have a reason to go back home when you say you will. And is your wife accompanying you on both legs of the trip? If they see your USC spouse is coming and going with you (matching round trip tickets) they won't be nearly as suspiscious.

i want to go back and finish my master degree, all i want is there anything else i should take with me to the port of entry

due my wife's work she has some advantages as a US citizen( work with Government)

Proof of enrollment at a university in Morocco for the upcoming semester would be good. So would rental contracts/deeds to the home you live in there. If your wife is flying with to the US you can go with her through the USC line at the POE since you guys are married. Having her there to explain the situation may help.

-(then fiance) H-2B work visa application terminated due to qualification difficulties in Aug. 2010.

-(then fiance) B-2 tourist visa denied due to lack of strong ties to Germany in Sept. 2010.
-Third ESTA denied due to his suspiscious visa status on Oct. 15, 2012.
-B-2 tourist visa approved on Nov. 16, 2012!

 

(IR-1 Journey):

 

 

-Extended German residence permit obtained Aug. 23, 2014. (to qualify for DCF)

-Husband's new German passport picked up Aug. 28, 2014. (Old one expires 2015)

-I-130 packet sent to Frankfurt (DCF) Aug. 29, 2014!

-NOA1 issued Sept. 9, 2014 (received Sept.13)

-RFE regarding evidence of bona fide marriage received along with NOA1

-RFE reply packet sent to Frankfurt Sept. 30, 2014

-E-mail response (NOA2) received by USCIS Frankfurt on Oct. 23, 2014 (Petition APPROVED Oct. 20!!!) :dancing:

We already tried to answer this on a previous thread, man. Don't even bother mentioning the I-130, because the POE officers can see that on their computer screens that you have the petition under review. If they start to interrogate you about that just bring up the evidence we told you to provide in the last thread you posted.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

10 years yes and multiple entries

Unless you're writing your entries from the future, where it is 2016, you cannot possibly have a visa that is valid until 2026.....if it were issued TODAY, it would only be valis until 09 April 2024.
