First of all, you need to get that chip off your shoulder. Don't blame me/us for your life.

In a nutshell, you are saying that white people cannot (or is it don't deserve to) have an opinion about blacks because there was slavery 300 years ago. That's reasonable.

To add, I'm not trying to tell black parents how to raise their kids. I couldn't care any less how other people (black or white) raise their children. I only worry about my own. I'm simply stating the well-known fact (one you seem to deny) that from birth, many black parents drill into their kids that they will be held down and oppressed by the "white man", just because it may have (or be perceived to have) happened to them. That's called a self-fulfilling prophecy. Time to break the cycle....

I don't have any chip on my shoulder. I have a great life, a successful career, and beautiful family. God has blessed me. So you can take your stereotype of me and chuck it. I am assertive when I speak, don't call me a racist because you feel threatened by that.

Your statement about there are two types of Black families rubbed me the wrong way, coming from someone who is not Black. You don't know anything about Black people. You have no Black friends. You probably never grew up around Black people. You probably never lived with any Black families. "many" Blacks have bad credit, so what many Whites don't have bad credit? Do you have any data to back that claim up? I know it doesn't apply to me i am about 4 or 5 points from a perfect credit score.

Hanging out all night smoking weed? That's funny because from my personal experience, growing up and even as an adult, the majority of people I knew who have done drugs were White people. Is racial discrimination a thing of the past?

Debates about the relevance of discrimination in today's society have been difficult to resolve, in part because of the challenges in identifying, measuring, and documenting its presence or absence in all but extreme cases. Discrimination is rarely something that can be observed explicitly.

To address these issues, I recently conducted a series of experiments investigating employment discrimination. In these experiments, which took place in Milwaukee and New York City, I hired young men to pose as job applicants, assigning them resumes with equal levels of education and experience, and sending them to apply for real entry-level job openings all over the city.

Team members also alternated presenting information about a fictitious criminal record (a drug felony), which they “fessed up to” on the application form. During nearly a year of fieldwork, teams of testers audited hundreds of employers, applying for a wide range of entry level jobs such as waiters, sales assistants, laborers, warehouse workers, couriers, and customer service representatives.

The results of these studies were startling. Among those with no criminal record, white applicants were more than twice as likely to receive a callback relative to equally qualified black applicants. Even more troubling, whites with a felony conviction fared just as well, if not better, than a black applicant with a clean background.

cause it's the only thing they have to justify their own racism. If they did not have flawed studies, and self taught theories of the hobbled black, thrust upon them by race hustlers and liberal politicians, that keep them on the voting plantation.

They would realize they are just people no better or worse than the avg person, and they and only they can be responsible for their own future.
