What I would do is call USCIS and ask to speak with a Tier 2 Supervisor have your NOA2 in hand and tell them you are already waiting fro interview had baby and you need babies petition expedited to join up with yours. They will do it.

I'm sorry but what is NOA2 ?

And they reject our expedite before also they keep saying there is no supervisor for now , you think they will accept this ?

Oh sorry, that's your approval from USCIS the I-797 form saying you are approved. Just in case they ask you can tell them.

They wouldn't expedite your babies petition? that's horrible. I am so sure. Ask them to have a supervisor call you so you don't have to wait on hold so long.

Hi dwheels76 , sorry my phone was broken so I couldn't log in

I wanna tell you that my baby case was shipped to nvc since 28 april but still no case num at nvc

And about me still nothing yet , im really Suffering from depression
