Okay so I'm going to ship him the new affidavit with the right age on it on Monday and DHL said it would get there by Wednesday and the interview he needs to bring it to is on Thursday at 1:30. I'm so stressed out . But you think this is the best way to correct the problem? Send it again? Through DHL.

What did your supporting documentation say ? Does it reflect the proper amount? If so, it isn't too much of a worry as you can have your fiance(e) just mention that it was a typo if it doesn't get there in time.

It wasn't the amount. It was his age!!!! I know I'm so stupid but my fingers are swollen and I'm pregnant and I typed in 28 and meant to put 29 so is that a serious problem??? Everything else on the entire petition says the right age 29 and his birthday and all that, but I'm stuck on this mistake! Is it serious.? Even if it's not I'm sending the corrected ones but say they don't get there in time by some freak twist of events; this is an explainable typo isn't it?

It is not a serious mistake. My fiancee made the same mistake she typed her wrong birth year so i fixed it with a black pen. CO didnt say anything about it. But if you still wanna ship a new one you can.

How many times are you going to ask the same question? What will you do if you don't simply submit a corrected 134?

Why not scan a corrected form?

The worst that can happen is they just don't issue the visa until they have the hard copy of the correction.

I'm going to ask the same question as many times as I need to to feel reassured (edited - VJ Moderation) Obviously I'm stressed, and don't want to do the wrong thing. I'm going to send the corrected one, but the interview is on the 10 and it's cutting it close so I wondered if anyone Had made the same mistake. And it turns out some people have.

On my finances I 134 affidavit of support I made a typo on the age spot and put 28 instead of 29, everything else on the petition had the right age. Do you think that's serious?

No, it shouldn't be a problem. My fiancé made a typo on I-129F and I did mistake as well on my DS-160 form. It didn't not come up during the interview. If your fiancé can't get the corrected one at the right time, just bring the old one and told consular officer that there is a small typo on the I-134 form. People are made mistake and I don't think consular officer will consider that you misrepresented documents for immigration purpose just because of typo. Good luck!
