How long will it take to revoke a previous petition?

we got denied with our k1 fiannce petiion and the case is still on AP since my interview last august 2013, question, now were planning to get married do the DCF for spousal visa.. and regarding our previous k1 petition my fiance will call the uscis request to have it revoke. does anyone know how long or how many months it will take to revoke a previous petition????? TIA! )

How do you know you got denied if your case is still on AP?

Either you are on AP or you were denied. If you are still on AP just wait it out. If you were denied you need to address the reason you were denied in the new petition.

we receive a denial letter.. that we did not meet the income requirement. and they wont accept co sponsor for k1... on the letter it says we can file a waiver. i601 waiver for inadimissibility.. but it will cost us $500 something.. its 50/50 either approve with the waiver or denied again.. we dont want to risk and routed to spousal visa
