Hello!

I am still confused where I need to address the fiance letter of intent. I'm on the East Coast of the US so I should send it to this exact address:

I am still confused where I need to address the fiance letter of intent. I'm on the East Coast of the US so I should send it to this exact address:

My fiance put address below and we did not encounter any problem at all.

Yep put the TX address; it is not a lock USCIS will send it to Vermont.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

^^ This address. For the letter of intent, the address is not a requirement, it is just a formality.

Also as far as I know, Vermont is not processing I-129Fs right now. Texas (and California still) are the only ones processing I-129F petitions.
