Dear Visajourney family,

I have received my visa yesterday and yes it is a great news, but the bad news that my last name is misspelled and missing a letter.

Would you please tell me if correcting the name will be a big issue , and how long will it take cause I had enough of waiting and processing time :)

You should certainly contact the embassy and get it corrected.

Contact the Embassy. They will make the decision to reprint or not. My wife's middle name was misspelled and they said just use it.....we had no issues.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
